makes it three in a row for “Head in the Clouds”

After taking Best Drama at the “Exposures”
film festival, winning the North West regional heat for the RTS
Student Video Award, winning Best Non-factual at the RTS National
heat made it three in a row for “Head in the Clouds”
The distinguished BBC producer had this to say about
the student drama.
"This was an absorbing story well told. The strong
performances, especially that of the young lead, were testimony
to the patient and confident work of the director. …. also
deserves praise for the painstaking and convincing recreation of
1960's Manchester"
“I’m over the moon,” said writer/director
Steve Trimingham after the ceremony at the BAFTA building in the
heart of London.
“My script, a few hundred pounds student loan
and a lot of perseverance in directing this short film have really
